Survival of the Foodies!

 

Designed and functions as participant game show.  Children can compete individually or as teams depending on attendance.  Kids-teenagers will choose different types of food, in many forms, from packaged to fresh.  The object is to pick wisely what will be needed to survive for 2 weeks at a dessert oasis with only water supplied, or in a jungle with only water supplied.  Also included will be choices of survival items-utensils-tools to bring with.  Each item, depending on what it is will either score points, or cost points to the contestants. 

 

"Contestants" will learn through practical participation the value of prepared and fresh foods & food groups determined by nutrition, preparation, shelf life, practicality and portability.

 

Props will cover about 4 six foot tables.  Tables cloths, music, beverages included

Winners will be given prizes.  Running time is about 1 hour-70 minutes.

In and out of the water facts, extreme sports music videos, gear exhibit, beverages & more. “El Chef” was regularly ranked in the top five while on tour competing.  His flashy style has been highlighted on ESPN Sports Center and Fox Sports Net.  Winner of the prestigious LXF “Best Wipeout” trophy.  He has competed and performed in front of over 30 million people live. 

 I arrive an hour + early, and take about 45 minutes to break down. Average 1 hour running time.

TARGET AGE GROUP:        7yrs and up to teenagers and adults.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:       3 tables, electric outlet, AV set-up.

  The lighter side of the heavenly frozen dessert universe.  Fruit sorbets that will trip your switch!  Chef niksic will share his restaurant proven sorbet recipes and a cool tasting of these frozen delights are included in the program!

 

 

UBER COOL GINGERBREAD HOUSE BUILDING DEMONSTRATION

Learn great ideas and easy methods from ‘El Chef” Michael Niksic.  Find out the great building secrets to put together your own masterpiece.  Easy to learn ideas, recipes, sources for supplies, handling instructions, and much more!  Program includes TV clips, prizes, refreshments, holiday goodies, holiday decorations, linen, music, and the grand prize of the free Gingerbread house to a lucky patron at the end of the festivities.  Houses feature different styles, miniature lighting, AND one of a kind figures.  Assorted styles of Gingerbread houses will be on display, picture taking is encouraged.  Winner’s photo with house can be taken for posting by host organization.  Other Gingerbread houses will also be displayed.

Set up time takes 90 minutes.  Clean-up and packing about 45 minutes.  Class time can be adjusted from 1 hour to 1 hour 15minutes with no real issues

 TARGET AGE GROUP:  7yrs to 70 years!

 EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 4 six foot tables.  Electrical outlet, VHS/DVD access, sink to rinse utensils at program’s end.

This program is designed to end video game addictions.  Introduce children and young teens to the 1 inch tall armies of Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Napoleon, Wellington, Robert E Lee, Patton and Ulysses S. Grant.  Attending will be The Spartans, the Trojans, Easy Company, The Highlanders, The Normans, the Aztecs, The Samurai, The Light Brigade, Geronimo, Davy Crockett, Lewis & Clark, the 7^th Cavalry, Knights, Romans, Conquistadors, Cossacks, Vikings, U.S. Marines and the Scots Grey Cavalry.  Over 10,000 figures will be on display and in sets both rare and new from around the planet.  Relive your childhood and share history.  An inter-active program for ages 7 through adult.  The program will satisfy the serious collector and the curious. 

Running time is about 90 minutes, and a film clip will be shown. 

Beverages served.  Sets of figures will be awarded as prizes to kids.

8 banquet tables a minimum 6 foot length and 30 inch wide.
